OEM & Private Label

Your brand on the instrument and the packaging - produced in our facility under one quality system.

Your name on instruments made in Sialkot

Private label is the simplest route: pick proven patterns from our range, and we apply your logo by laser marking, pack them in your pouches and print cases in your language. You get a branded line without investing in tooling or quality infrastructure.

OEM goes further. Send your drawing, your specification or a reference sample, and we manufacture to it - new forging, your dimensions, your finish, inspected against the document you approved. Either way, the goods are produced in our own facility under our ISO 13485 quality management system and leave with the records to prove it.

We keep your artwork, approved sample and specification on file, so the tenth order matches the first without re-quoting the world every time.

What we brand and build for you

Everything below is produced and controlled inside our own workflow - nothing is brokered to a third factory.

Laser marking and logos

Your logo, brand name or catalogue code laser-engraved on shanks and handles - permanent, legible after repeated sterilization, and applied before final inspection.

Custom packaging

Printed pouches, labelled boxes, multi-language inserts and cartons designed around your market's shelf and customs requirements.

Instrument sets and trays

Set compositions built to a specialty list - suture sets, minor surgery kits, gynae trays - packed the way your customer expects to open them.

Materials and finishes

AISI 420 stainless steel as standard, tungsten carbide inserts where cutting life matters, and satin, mirror or matte finishes to your preference.

Documentation

Specifications, inspection records and certificates that travel with the shipment, ready for your own customer approvals and registrations.

Samples before volume

A paid first-article run is approved by hand before the production order starts - you sign off the exact piece your customers will receive.

Minimums and lead times

Realistic numbers to plan a launch around - confirmed in writing on every quotation.

How an OEM order runs

  1. 1

    Brief

Catalogue patterns or your drawing, quantities, brand name and packaging wishes - one RFQ covers all of it.

  2. 2

    Quotation and samples

Written per-SKU pricing, minimums and lead time; a paid first-article sample is made for approval.

  3. 3

    Artwork approval

You approve the mark position, label proof and pouch or case artwork before anything is printed.

  4. 4

    Production

Forging or stock picking, machining, heat treatment, finishing and grinding with in-process checks per order.

  5. 5

    Final inspection

Function, jaw action, marking legibility and count verified against the approved sample and packing list.

  6. 6

    Shipment and repeat

Documents issued, freight booked, and your specification kept on file for the next run.

OEM questions we answer every week

What is the difference between private label and OEM?

Private label puts your brand on patterns we already make - lower minimums, faster starts. OEM means we produce to your own drawing or specification - tooling and samples come first, minimums are quoted per project.

What artwork do you need for marking?

A vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) gives the cleanest engraving; a high-resolution logo works for pouches and cases. We send a mark-position proof for approval before production starts.

Can you produce a pattern that is not in your catalogue?

Yes - send the drawing or a reference sample. Feasibility, tooling and sample timing are confirmed in the quotation, and the same route covers the full custom development process.

Which certifications come with the order?

Our facility works under ISO 13485 quality management and is FDA registered, with the documents listed on our about page. Order-specific certificates are listed on the quotation so nothing is promised after the fact.

How long until my branded goods arrive?

Stock patterns with marking usually take about 3-4 weeks in production, plus freight - roughly 2-3 weeks by sea, faster by air. New patterns add sampling and tooling time, quoted case by case.
