Common questions from distributors
What is the minimum order?
Minimums are per pattern, not per order total, and stock patterns typically start at 100-500 pieces per pattern depending on size and finish. Exact numbers appear on your quotation so you can plan the first buy around them.
Can you ship to my country?
We have exported to more than 30 countries since 2014 across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Freight is quoted as air courier or sea, with Incoterms agreed per order.
Can you make instruments we already see from other suppliers?
If a pattern is a standard surgical design, we almost certainly produce it or can tool it. Send a photo, catalogue reference or reference sample with your specification and we confirm feasibility in the quotation.
Do you support our own brand?
Yes. Marking, packaging and label artwork are part of the same production flow - details and minimums for branding are covered on the OEM & private label page.
How do I get a price list?
Send the mix you need through the RFQ form - generic price lists are useless for mixed containers, and a written per-SKU quotation is what you can actually plan against. You can also contact the team directly.
