Sialmed's Balfour Supra-Pubic Center Blade - For Fixed System is built for dependable clinical use. Balfour Supra-Pubic Center Blades are specially designed for use with the Balfour Retractor Systems with Fixed Side Blades. They can be used during procedures such as a Suprapubic cystotomy. When the bladder is retracted, this instrument provides the surgeon with a larger viewing area so that the procedure can be conducted. This blade is available in two different sizes.
